  They refused to honor my brothers wishes (no funeral no obituary). They had a funeral for him against his and the family's wishes and have now lost his remains and looted his personal belongings. Craig Carpenter is a thief and a dishonorable shyster. Carpenter Jenks caused immense extra grief. They stole from our family, they will steal from yours

  Craig Carpenter was both compassionate and professional when I reached out to him when searching for a funeral home for my father. He was hands on when it comes to the actual memorial service, informative of the funereal procedures, and always returned my calls in a timely manner during this distressful time for my family. His wife Sue and his staff were likewise both compassionate and professional in their conduct throughout the process. I am now in the process of selecting a monument for my father with a memorial counselor that Craig introduced to me. I hope I never have to plan another funeral again, but if I do I will go to Craig again for his services.

  Chris DiIorio and the Carpenter-Jenks staff made the recent wake and funeral in my family as easy as it could have been. The staff found a nice balance of professionalism and compassion. They were patient and accommodating to all our needs and desires and never made us feel pressured to spend more money than we wanted to. I would highly recommend this funeral home.
